“Granite Empire on Grant St. in Orlando was highly recommended by a friend who was pleased with the work done replacing a kitchen counter. I found Granite Empire was by far the most reasonably priced and the customer service was exceptional after getting 6 other estimates. I’ve never left a review before but felt this business deserves whatever might be the maximum star rating. All the staff I dealt with both at the shop, on the phone and in my home were very professional. incredibly polite, informative and very patient. Im old and I ask a lot of questions before I spend my limited income. My selection and purchase process was handled by David who was in regular contact throughout the process to ensure all work was to my schedule and was done to my satisfaction. I was most fortunate to have Brian come to my home for the measurements, templating and afterwards, the installation. For one so young, Brian’s skill and workmanship was excellent as was his professional conduct and work ethic. The fabrication of matching the backsplash to the counter pattern detail on an additional bathroom vanity was most appreciated as Ive seen that is not done in most instances. Both David and Brian went beyond by helping me with an unexpected additional problem that arose concerning another bathroom vanity. I love my new kitchen that came out better than anticipated so yes I would highly recommend Granite Empire of Orlando.”
